Back to the Fifties

Finally! I managed to squeeze in a little vintage photo-shoot in between lunch and my annual harp concert! On that note, you can't imagined how stressed i was for that concert... I got up there played my pieces, messed up a bit and went back to my seat. At the end of the day, it's not a big deal but i really had to repeat that to myself before i could believe it!
This morning, i went to a nearby school fete but, off course, i only went there for the garage sale -what, you thought i was wasting my time on rides?-  So my mum and i arrived at the garage sale and i thought to myself that i was never going to find anything in that pile of junk! Oh, you can't even imagine how wrong my prediction was: we came home with a big basket full of second-hand clothes... And in that basket was this adorable green jumper and this cute little retro skirt! Put it all together with my vintage bag and my fave boots and you get a 1950's look!
A few people kept looking at me weirdly as i was walking down the street in this outfit but isn't fashion all about experimenting?
I shall leave you with this unanswered question, but i can tell you straight away that in my world, fashion doesn't have a definition! xx
